The Miss America Organization annually makes available over 40 million dollars in scholarships, making it the largest scholarship program for women in the world. Rich in history and social significance, the Miss America organization is a not-for-profit corporation that has maintained a tradition of empowering American women to achieve both their personal and professional goals while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence. It also relies on volunteers from all over the nation to help make the program a success.
The Miss Metro St Louis/Miss River City organization has awarded over $35,000 in scholarships in its 20 year history. We are proud to say that our organization has been the home to two Miss Missouri's, four Miss Missouri Outstanding Teens and countless top five contestants in both miss and teen categories.
The four points of our crown represent Style, Service, Scholarship, and Success.
